Minella Capital Management LLC (“MCM”) is an operating company that delivers business consulting services and sales/marketing activities. We develop partnerships in companies that demonstrate significant growth potential and where we are integrated into the management teams to actively manage the business on an ongoing basis. We are committed to increasing value through a variety of methods including internal investment, acquisitions, prudent use of leverage and expense rationalization. Our strategy is to create partnerships with a select group of privately owned firms, investing in administration and distribution platforms where appropriate, achieving cost efficiencies and leveraging our consolidated sales and marketing resources. To date we have developed two partnerships, the first in October 2016 was W.E. Donoghue and Company and the second in December 2017 was JA Forlines. We combined the companies into one now called Donoghue Forlines.
